My car’s in the shop, so I can’t drive over to the pool during lunch.  Instead, I did the elliptical for 30 minutes in the tiny work gym.

very very rainy run

10 min warmup - 4X3min intervals - 7 min cooldown

Oh, but on an un-related mode.  I’m still losing my workout things.  I couldn’t find my swimsuit anywhere yesterday after I came home from work.  I even drove back to the pool to see if I left it there.  Oh well, I need to get better about losing stuff.  This should probably be a new year’s resolution or something like that.  Now, I’ve got to get another suit before tomorrow.
